Gaylon Cude, PGA Teaching Professional
Gaylon Cude is a Class A member of the PGA of America and has been with the Golf House TN team for fifteen years. Gaylon brings a special passion and enthusiasm for helping his students improve and enjoy their golf games. Gaylon has worked diligently to hone his skills as a teacher and coach and has already helped many area golfers to elevate their skills. Gaylon was recognized as a U.S. Kids Golf Top 50 Kids Teacher Honorable Mention recipient in 2014. He has also been named to Golf Digest's list of Best Teachers by State in Tennessee from 2017-2020 and 2026-27 as well as their list of Best Young Teachers in America since 2018. He was also named the 2021 Middle Tennessee Chapter PGA's Youth Player Development Award recipient. Valerie Vaughn, PGA Teaching Professional
Valerie Vaughn is a Class A member of the PGA of America and brings years of experience to our instructional team at Golf House Tennessee. Valerie spearheads our junior development programs & events.. Valerie is a graduate of Western Kentucky University where she played collegiate golf. Valerie has contributed to the success of many of the Southeast’s finest golf programs including playing a key role in the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail in Birmingham, Alabama. She was honored as the Dixie Section PGA President's Plaque Award recipient in both 2009 and 2010, Tennessee Section PGA Middle Tennessee Chapter Youth Player Development Award in 2017 and Richard Eller Growth of the Game Award in 2018 and 2020, Tennessee Section PGA Richard Eller Growth of the Game Award in 2018, GRAA Top 50 Growth of the Game Teaching Professional in 2019, and GRAA Top 100 Growth of the Game Teaching Professional in 2020. Hank Curtis, PGA Associate
Hank is an associate professional in the PGA of America. He has been on the instruction staff at Golf House Tennessee since 2022, where he currently serves as the Junior Golf Program manager and teaches his own students in Private Lessons. Hank spent part of his childhood playing Junior Golf in Middle Tennessee, including practicing and playing middle school golf right here on this property. He also brings a unique perspective to athlete development from his time spent working on the staff of the University of Kentucky Men's basketball program.
His passion to develop well-rounded human beings through the game of golf is the heart of the mission. Hank's passion for teaching and his qualifications are reflected through his thorough understanding of the biomechanics of the golf swing in all phases of the game. He also boasts a great understanding of Trackman, which allows him to give the player the tools they need to improve their swing and apply it to their game quickly!
