The 2011 Tennessee PGA season concluded with the 13th Annual Yamaha Pro-Super Championship at Hermitage Golf Course.  Sixty players making up thirty five teams of PGA Professionals and Golf Course Superintendents competed in both a Net and Gross Division.  . 

 

Brian Combiths PGA Professional and his partner Gabe Ottinger from Five Oaks Country Club shot an impressive -5 under par (67) to win the Gross Division.  They claimed first by winning a scorecard playoff over Brentwood Country Club and Legacy of Springfield. 

In the Net Division George Newbeck PGA Professional and his partner Tinker Richmond from Foothills Learning Center shot a tournament low -10 under par (62) to win by one stroke over Golf Club of Tennessee and Hermitage Golf Course. 

 

Congratulations to Jim West from Telico Village for winning the Professional only closest to the hole on #3 for $100.  Also congratulation to Bob Wolcott and Brent Heath for winning the Sun Mountain team closest to the hole and Randy Helton and Tim Parsons for winning the Pride Sports team closest to the hole.  Pat Rose claimed the Superintendent only closest to the hole and won a $100 gift card to the Hermitage Pro Shop.
